Our Santa sessions are designed to feel magical, personal, and beautifully unhurried. Rather than simply taking a quick photograph with Santa, we create meaningful interactions—sharing a Christmas wish, reading together, examining Santa’s list, or enjoying a quiet conversation. The result is a collection of genuine expressions and timeless holiday portraits.

Santa sessions are short, carefully scheduled experiences. Your exact session length and arrival instructions will be included in your booking confirmation. Please arrive fully dressed and ready to begin.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Sessions are booked consecutively, so arriving early allows time for any last-minute clothing adjustments without reducing your time with Santa.

Because Santa’s schedule is very full, late arrivals may have a shortened session. If you arrive after your reserved time has ended, we may not be able to accommodate the session or provide a refund.

Santa sessions are created primarily for children and siblings. Parents may also be included if time permits and the selected session includes family portraits. Everyone being photographed should be listed when booking.

Classic holiday clothing photographs beautifully. Rich jewel tones, winter whites, creams, soft neutrals, velvet, tartan, and traditional Christmas outfits are all lovely choices.

For the most timeless result, avoid:

• Neon colors

• Large logos or words

• Busy character prints

• Athletic shoes

• Clothing that feels uncomfortable or requires frequent adjusting

Siblings do not need to match exactly. Coordinated colors and textures usually look more polished than identical outfits.

Yes. A small, attractive Christmas book, handwritten wish list, or meaningful holiday item can help your child feel comfortable and may be incorporated into the session. Please leave noisy, brightly colored, or oversized toys at home unless they are needed for comfort.

Yes, if this option is offered for your session. The gift should be small, clearly labeled with your child’s first and last name, and discreetly delivered according to the instructions provided before your appointment. Please do not bring oversized gifts.

That is completely normal. We will never force a child to sit on Santa’s lap. Your child may begin at a comfortable distance, stand nearby, hold a parent’s hand, or simply explore the set while becoming acquainted with Santa.

Sometimes the most meaningful portraits are the quiet, curious, or wonderfully imperfect moments. Please avoid promising your child that they must smile or sit with Santa. Gentle preparation and low expectations usually create the best experience.

Crying is a natural part of childhood, particularly during a first visit with Santa. We will make every reasonable effort to help your child feel safe and comfortable. However, a particular expression or interaction with Santa cannot be guaranteed.

To protect the experience, maintain the schedule, and allow your child to focus on Santa, personal photography is not permitted during the portrait session. A brief behind-the-scenes video may be allowed if approved in advance.
